Kick-start 2013 by joining colleagues to lose some weight

There are countless reasons for losing weight. Even if you are not currently experiencing high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or other elevated risk factors, the chances that you will are greatly increased over time. You may be able to prevent further medical problems by losing weight now.

The Saints Fitness team are running a 6 week support group to assist you with your weight loss goals. This is completely free for all staff and students, so why not take advantage of this opportunity to help kick start your weight loss this year? Each week you will be required to weigh yourself and submit this through email. A private Facebook page will be set up for any members of the challenge to join which will provide various aspects of support to help aid your weight loss including healthy eating recipes and the best exercises to do to assist your weight loss.  All information submitted will be treated confidentially and not disclosed.

All you need to do to sign up is email lp47@st-andrews.ac.uk before Monday the 14th of January at 5pm.
