Mental health and stress awareness

Each year the University runs a range of Mental Wealth events for staff and students highlighting aspects of mental wellbeing. In 2011 events included health MOTs and a Mental Wealth Question Time.

Breathing Space is a free, confidential phone service for any individual who is experiencing low mood or depression, or who is unusually worried and in need of someone to talk to.
Breathing Space operates Monday - Thursday from 6pm - 2am and Friday - Monday from 6pm - 6am. You can call them on 0800 83 85 87.
