Check your account balance
You can check your account balance at any time by dialling extension 5014 from any phone and entering your Personal Authorisation Code (PAC) number.
Please allow 2 or 3 minutes for the system to update if checking your balance after a call. If this is not working contact the ResTel helpdesk, extension 7221, between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Payments
Top up your account whenever your balance is low. As this is not an automatic top-up any payment will be credited to your account on the next working day. (Users are strongly advised to check their account balance on a regular basis).
You can only pay online.
If you are experiencing payment difficulties, contact the ResTel helpdesk.
The minimum payment is £10, with £1 increments thereafter.
Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account before making outgoing calls. When making an on-line payment ensure that you have completed the process correctly, otherwise your payment WILL NOT reach the ResTel office.
