Probation
Please complete the First Year Review Form for any member of staff in the first year of their probation; please complete Report on Probationary member of the Academic Staff for any member of staff in their second and subsequent year of probation. The Probationer's Form (Teaching Duties) should also be completed for all members of probationary staff.
