15.1 Wednesday afternoon teaching
Following discussion about Wednesday afternoon teaching at the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Committee in May 2010, a new Undergraduate Senate Regulation was submitted to Academic Council and approved on 11 June 2010. The Senate Regulation states that there will be no compulsory undergraduate teaching and/or curricular activity after 1pm on Wednesday afternoons during Michaelmas and Candlemas semesters. Any request to allow an exception to this regulation must first be made in writing by the Head of School to the Vice-Principal (Proctor), with appropriate documentary evidence.
