SELF Submission Deadline & Evaluation
Bids for an award from the SELF must reach the CAPOD office at 75 North Street, Hebdomadar's Block, St Salvator's Quad, St Andrews, KY16 9AJ no later than Friday, 22nd March 2013. No bids received after this date will be considered.
The SELF Evaluation Panel will inform applicants of the outcome via letter/email by Friday 19th April 2013.
There is a total of £10,000 to be disbursed in a competitive bidding process. The evaluation panel may choose not to disburse the whole fund. In some cases a decision may be made to award only partial funding to a project. If this happens a discussion with the applicants about the costing of the project will be initiated prior to announcing the list of successful fully or partially funded projects. A brief explanation will be given to applicants whose bids are unsuccessful. In the latter case, applicants may be encouraged to re-submit their proposals in the next funding cycle, taking into account feedback given on the initial submission.

All claims for funding must be made in full within one month of notification of receiving an award.
