Failure to attend a class without prior warning through a phone call or email at least two hours before class starts will be noted and recorded as one of your three strikes. Three no-shows to classes or other sports centre bookings within six months may result in your membership being cancelled without a refund. Please ensure you arrive on time for your class, we reserve the right to refuse access if you arrive after the warm up is completed.
