Saints Fitness exercise programme

The Department of Sport and Exercise is proud to offer the newly branded ‘Saints Fitness’ exercise programme. This vibrant programme of exercise classes is open to all including University of St Andrews Students, Staff, and members of the community. The Saints Fitness exercise programme offers a wide variety of classes to suit all levels and abilities.

The programme has both pre bookable and drop in classes which are shown on the timetable with colour coding. To book your space for one of the pre bookable classes please contact reception. Bookings can only be made up to 2 weeks prior to the block commencing.
