Lyall Rowan
Whilst attending Rice University on a golf scholarship Lyall completed his degree in Kinesiology/Human Performance; studying the physiological and psychological principles involved in performance enhancement. Additionally, Lyall has learned to use and to teach the Russian Kettlebell within the RKC system. His knowledge of calisthenic/bodyweight exercise comes from a lifetime of both studying and using it; first introduced to him through practising Karate at a young age.
