The Saints Sport Ball

Dear Alumni & Freinds,

This year, the AU has decided to make our end of the year celebrations bigger and better than ever! We are combining the Alumni Ball with the Blues and Colours Dinner into one event!!

The Athletic Union Executive cordially invites you to the 2010/2011 Saints-Sport Ball. This event will be the kick-off to a weekend of festivities at the University of St. Andrews, which includes the celebration of the Royal Wedding (29th), Saints-Sport Field Day (30th), and the May Dip (30th-1st of May)

Location: Best Western The Scores Hotel Date: The 28th of April, 2011

Events:

6:00 pm Alumni Drinks Reception in the Scorecard Bar

6:30 pm Photos on the R&A Clubhouse Steps 7:00 pm Dinner

8:30 pm Blues and Colours Award Ceremony 10:30 pm -1:00 am DJ and Dance.

Menu (note: all meals will include a 1/3rd bottle of wine per person):

Standard: Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella Tarte Fine; Seared Fillet of Salmon; Sticky Toffee Pudding

Vegetarian: Melon and Raspberry Terrine; Red Onion and Brie Tart with Basil Pesto; Sticky Toffee Pudding Price: £ 25

Please RSVP as soon as possible to alumni@saints-sport.com, because tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Please include in your RSVP a preference for a Standard or Vegetarian menu, or whether you need any special dietary requirements.
