As part of our Customer Services Charter we have a Feedback Procedure which ensures, that you, the customer, has an easy way of contacting us.

We are committed to providing high quality services to all our customers.

We will use the outcome of complaints as a positive method of monitoring our performance and improving our services.

We will use the feedback on services that are well liked and suggestions for improvement or change to further improve our services.
