The Sports Centre has a range of services available to everyone, offered by a team of qualified fitness professionals, to ensure that you get the most out of your time exercising. Whether you are new to exercise and unsure of where and how to start or a frequent exerciser who needs advice, guidance or your programme freshened up, we can council and support you. Whatever your fitness goals and aspirations we can help.
We understand that every individuals needs are unique and the amount of support required will differ, therefore fitness packages can be designed to suit your specific needs. Fitness services available include, but are not limited to:- Fitness Consultation
- a 30 minute information gathering session wit one of our fitness experts, to help build the 'perfect' exercise programme.
- Fitness Assessments
- designed with your fitness goals in mind.
- Personal Exercise Plans
- plans will be written to suit the individual and are 12 weeks long.
- Personal Training
- Individual or small group sessions can be setup.
- Fitness Bundle
- includes, Fitness Consultation, Personal Exercise Plan and 3 Personal Training sessions.
- Sports Specific Exercise Plans
- written by an accredited Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
