Class timetable

The programme has both pre bookable and drop in classes. To book your space for one of the pre bookable classes please contact reception. Bookings can only be made up to 2 weeks prior to the block commencing.

Block 2 of classes now open for booking.

  • Block 2: 21 May - 15 July
  • Block 3: 19 July - 9 September

Intensity levels 1, 2 and 3:

  • 1: Low intensity aerobic / cardiovascular
  • 2: Aerobic / cardiovascular suitable for all levels
  • 3: High intensity aerobic / cardiovascular
