Attending Classes

As a courtesy to others and for health and safety reasons, please make every effort to arrive in time for the start of your class. We reserve the right to refuse access to those arriving after the warm up has been completed. It is your responsibility to inform the class teacher of any medical condition that may adversely affect your ability to exercise.

If you attend two classes back to back, please tell the desk staff before you pass through the turnstile for your first class.

Difficulty Levels

Numbers that appear in some class titles are simply class names. For example, in Workshop Workouts 1 & 2 the intensity levels are the same in each class. T'ai Chi is a beginners class. T'ai Chi Plus is ideally suited to those who have already attended for a term or two. Pilates classes are suitable for beginners and for those with some experience of Pilates. Intermediate Pilates classes are appropriate for those who have completed at least two terms worth of Pilates classes previously.
