QlikView
Now running on QlikView 11.20 (Jan 2013):
- With this latest update, Qlikview users will receive a faster and more clean dashboard, especially on mobile devices. Furthermore we are streamlining the login procedure and working with opening access to new features to make data reporting and analysis more easy to do, and share.
QlikView makes it possible to retrieve and assimilate data from different sources across the University. The data is presented in a way that is easy to understand and work with.
To make selections in QlikView, you don’t need any previous knowledge of databases or search routines: you simply click on the item of which you want to know more. The clicked item turns green, and the program immediately presents all the items associated with the selected one.
Graphics and tables can give an even better overview of data. Any graphic or table can be printed or exported to another program.
Logging In

Type your University login ID in the Username field and your password, then click on the Login button. If you have any problems logging in, please email the IT helpdesk at helpdesk@st-andrews.ac.uk
Accessing QlikView from outside the University network
To access Qlikview from outside the University network, e.g. from home, you will first need to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) which you can access by downloading the appropriate version of the VPN software for your computer.
