An artist's impression of the redevelopment of the Fife Park student residence, which will provide accommodation for 500 students.
Construction of the first phase is scheduled to be complete by September 2010 and the new accommodation will be ready to admit its first students at the start of academic year 2010-2011.
Fife Park was originally opened in 1972.
