Accommodation Fees
If you are in University owned or managed accommodation and you are withdrawing from your course, you will also need to inform Student Accommodation Services. Charges will be made up to the date keys are returned to the Residence Manager/residence reception or the date of notice of withdrawal from Registry is effective, whichever is the later. Any Leave of Absence may be considered as a break of contract and on return students will have to re-apply for accommodation.
Accommodation fee refunds are subject to the conditions given in your contract and after the room is cleared and the keys are returned to Residence Manager or residence reception.
