Bede Williams MMus BMus FRSM

Bede Williams is a New Zealand-born, Scotland-based conductor and trumpeter acclaimed by Herald Scotland as a “visionary,” “sensitive” and “incisive” musical leader. Currently the Musical Director of the Pentland Singers, St Andrews Contemporary Music Ensemble and the Stirling Youth Orchestra, Bede has in recent years conducted the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, London Sinfonietta, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, Pärnu City Orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra of the Berne University of Arts. He is module coordinator of MU1901 Understanding Music for Beginners (Evening Degree) and teaches on MU1004 Making Music here at the University of St Andrews. Please also view Bede's Website.
