Organs at St Andrews University

St Andrews University has three classical, mechanical action organs.  St Salvators College Chapel is fortunate in having one of Scotland's finest organs.  Built in 1973 by Hradetsky of Krems, Austria, it is a four manual instrument ideally suited to the baroque repertoire but equally effective in modern and much 19th century music.  The Younger Hall houses an excellent 1975 two-manual instrument built by Harrison and Harrison of Durham.  Walker's installed a delightful two manual instrument in St Leonard's Chapel in 1994.

A separate booklet is available from the Music Centre with full specifications and a history of the University's organs.
