Lunchtime concerts

The Music Centre presents lunchtime concerts every Wednesday during term-time, by local and visiting professional musicians as well as some of the most talented students at the university.

Snack lunches and drinks are available for purchase, and you are welcome to bring your own packed lunch to eat during the concert.  Admission is free for Music Centre members, £2 for non-members. 

Every Friday lunchtime the University Music Society hosts a lunchtime recital. They provide university students with the opportunity to perform in a friendly, informal environment, both as a soloist and as a member of a chamber group.  Admission is free, and tea & coffee is available.
