Announcement:

There will be a meeting on Wednesday 17th June, in seminar room 3 in the Library for 2.30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is for ITS to get feedback from the School on

1. our experience (good and bad) of using the MMC during the past academic year,
2. areas where we feel we require more / better IT Services support, and
3. our plans on MMC use during the forthcoming academic year.

1. obtain Copyright Clearance if required
2. fill in cataloguing form (Mike can help)
3. submit Copyright Clearance / Cataloguing Form / materials to be digitised to mjm31
4. double check Cataloguing Form / digitised materials with mjm31; until database is designed and constructed, we will do this as a paper copy.
