Dr Eleni Kefala wins prestigious research award

Dr Eleni Kefala has been awarded an AHRC Early Career Fellowship for the academic year 2012-2013. She will be working on her second monograph, Spectacular Modernities: Buenos Aires Across the Arts, 1921-1939, which explores representations of the iconic city of Buenos Aires in the interwar period, drawing on evidence from literature, film, photography, music and painting.
