"Meet in the Gateway Cafe at 5pm for a taste of a traditional Scottish food: Stovies. Then at around 6pm move down to Lecture Rooms 3 and 4 of the Gateway for the start of Dr David Wishart's fascinating talk on the history of whisky making in Scotland ... after which there is an opportunity to sample a dram or two of the subject of his talk! See you there!"
