Research Interests

Responsible Investment (RI). My main interests are centered around the tools of responsible investment and active ownership and specifically shareholder engagement. The aim of my research is to fill that gap by examining the relationship between shareholder engagement process characteristics (such as declared motivation, tactics and publicity of engagement) on the financial impact the engagement has on the investor and the target company and on its outcomes for society, the environment or corporate governance structures.
