Joe Noble is an Economic Development and Property Professional with over 25 years experience in the public and private sectors dealing with major projects and decision makers at the most senior level in business and government.

Educated at the Royal High School, Edinburgh and Heriot Watt University Joe is a Chartered Surveyor by profession and has been involved in a wide variety of property development, inward investment and regeneration projects ranging from Europe’s largest ever inward investment announcement in Dunfermline to the development of the Fife Energy Park.

Joe joined Macdonald Estates, one of Scotland’s leading development companies, in May 2008 where he is the Director for Strategic Development. Prior to this he was the Chief Executive of Scottish Enterprise Fife from 2001, having responsibility for developing the business base of the region, the delivery of the national training programmes and regeneration. He is a board member of Quality Scotland, the Fife Environment Trust, Burntisland Development Trust, ESEP Global, Glenrothes Business Properties and a past member of the Board of Investors in People Scotland.
