Ryan Parks is from Toronto, Canada. He works as a Teaching Fellow and is the Academic Director for the International Business MLitt Programme in the School of Management.
Before returning to pursue a career in academia, Ryan led an education advocacy group in Ontario and later ran Government Affairs activities for a major Ontario industry association.
In addition to his doctoral studies and his responsibilities as a Teaching Fellow, Ryan is Warden of St Leonard's College, the University of St Andrews postgraduate college. In this role, he works closely with the Provost to develop the postgraduate experience and oversees the University's postgraduate Halls of residence.
Ryan holds a Master's Degree in Management, Economics & Politics from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
