Ron is an experienced HR professional and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has held a number of leadership roles in the public and private sectors (most recently as Operations Director for the VELUX Company). He is now a strategic HR and systems thinking consultant working with leaders in service organisations.
Ron has lectured at Abertay University, Dundee and the University of St Andrews for a number of years. He is also a regular guest lecturer for visiting delegations at the China Management Centre at the University of Lancaster. He was a member of the Validation Review Boards for the BA (Hons) Business Studies and BA (Hons) Management courses at the University of Abertay, Dundee in 2002 and 2008.
Ron is undertaking PhD research into leader sensemaking of strategic change.
