Jeff Hyman has occupied full-time academic positions at Strathclyde University and as Professor of Management at the University of Aberdeen, where he is now Emeritus Professor of Management. His main research and teaching interests are in employee participation, the future of work and work-life balance. He continues to teach employment-related subjects at universities in Scotland and is visiting professor to the University of Tianjin in the People’s Republic of China.
