Manuscripts and muniments
Our new online catalogue is still in preparation but hopefully will be available in a fully searchable format soon. It already contains over 40,000 records, many at item level, and records are added regularly. In the meantime we apologise that our old manuscripts database is now very temperamental and we know that it is very hard to access. If you wish to try it, click on the following telnet access, then use mssc as username and password when requested. Link to mss database. If it doesn't work, please email your query to speccoll@st-andrews.ac.uk and we will try to help.
