Adobe Reader 11 & Inter-Library Loans problem

The latest version of Adobe Reader 11 is not compatible with the file open plug-in required for opening Inter-Library Loan requests sent through the British Library.
We recommend not updating to the latest version (11) until this matter is resolved. Anyone who has updated to the latest version and needs assistance opening their documents can contact the IT helpdesk: email: helpdesk@st-andrews.ac.uk call: 01334 463333.
