Question: How do I recall an item?
If you see, from SAULCAT, that an item is on loan, you can use the 'Recall' button on the same screen to recall it for your use. The person who has borrowed it will be sent an e-mail notice requesting its return, and you will be e-mailed when the item is available for collection. Each user will normally have an item for at least one week.
