Damages in Residences
Every year there are a number of damages, often not maliciously, in student residences. How these are handled is sensitive, and Residential and Business Services worked with the Lean team to implement a standardised, consistent process for all. Damages in Residences
Student Elections
Annually the Student body elects its representatives to the University. To improve this process the student Sabbatical Officers worked with the Lean Team to redesign this, from frontline operations on election day through to the underlying policies and rules guiding candidates. Student Elections
Library Reshelving
The University has a shortage of shelving space for its rapidly accumulating collection of books. This led to a Lean intervention with the Library Collections Team who were central to resolving the problem of overcrowded shelves. Library Reshelving

Capod Course Admin
Following the formation of CAPOD from SALTIRE, Staff Development and GRAD skills and the resultant amalgamation of administrative processes, the Lean Team ran a five day rapid improvement workshop to improve administration. CAPOD Course Admin
