Warranty Referral Service (£30)
The PC Clinic offers a warranty referral service for staff and students with machines that require repair under their warranty agreement (normally machines less than 1 year old or with any extended warranty). Within this service we will do the pre-assessment tests of the fault reported, organise a backup if possible and arrange collection and delivery of goods to the manufacturers or support agent while being the source of contact while the machine is in for repair.
What is available to you within the flat fee service:
- Complete backup of your hard drive (up to 3 partitions) *
- Machine checks and diagnostics
- Arrangement of collection and delivery via IT Service Desk
- Act as source of contact for repair
- Standard checks once machine has been returned
