Normal Service (£20 - £40)
The PC Clinic offers two levels of normal service, both of which include a variety of standard tasks in addition to resolving the problem reported on a user's computer. The £40 service charge relates to machines that require their operating system to be reloaded.
What is available to you within the normal service:
- Complete backup of your hard drive (up to 3 partitions)
- General troubleshooting and repair
- Reload of operating system software * (if required and disks available) (£40 service)
- Installation of site licensed Anti-virus software
- Variety of physical health checks
- General Computer Advice
