Mobile WebMail

IT Services has introduced a new WebMail service for mobile devices, or when using a computer with a slow network connection, e.g. modem.  Mobile WebMail is a fully functional version of WebMail, without the formatted pages of the full web version.  It  has been provided to allow the casual user to check their St Andrews email from any mobile device which can connect to the Internet, e.g. smartphones and mobile phones with enhanced services.

The mobile WebMail server is called mwm.  This name was chosen because it is short, it is initial letters of Mobile WebMail, and the letters are the first press on the corresponding keys on a non-qwerty mobile phone keypad.

The URL for mobile WebMail is: https://mwm.st-andrews.ac.uk
