Phishing Emails warning; Please DO NOT RESPOND

Phishing is a type of deception designed to obtain personal information such as passwords, credit card or bank account details. You may receive an email message that appears to come from a trusted source, such as the IT Service Desk here at St Andrews. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND. IT Services would NEVER require passwords for accounts.

SARA

The St Andrews Remote Access (SARA) dial-up service will be withdrawn within the next few weeks. Dial-up connection to the University network is no longer supported and the current equipment has reached its end-of-life. Due to cost implications and the very low volume of usage this service will not be replaced.

Online forms, staff expenses, time sheetsPartial Service-The staff expenses claim form and time sheets are showing an error when opening with Java version 1.7. This is a known issue and is currently under investigation. To work around this issue you can select Java version 1.6 to open the forms by accessing Control Panel, then Java, select Java from top tab, View and place a tick next to Java 1.6. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
