How to Get Help
In order to get help with your connection you can submit a connection problem directly to the ResNet support staff within IT Services by completing the following problem report on-line. Click here to access this form.
Further help is also available from the IT Helpdesk in the Main library.

Or in person: Level 2, Main University Library, North Street (just inside the main entrance on your left-hand side)
There are also computer representatives available in each of the halls (details below), please try to avoid phoning the Helpdesk if the information you are looking for might be found on the ResNet webpages where all information about downtime and network problems will be posted as soon as we become aware of the problems.
During the summer months many of these representatives will not be resident in halls and queries should be addressed directly to the IT Helpdesk via the on-line form.
