Opening your student account

Create a password and open your computer account

The password creation page is housed on a secure computer. To reach it you must accept the University's security certificate. You will see several "security alert boxes" and in order to go further you will have to click "Yes" or "OK" as the case may be.

The password creation page contains four boxes. Please complete them as follows:

1. User Name: this is given in your acceptance letter, and it consists of your initials usually followed by a number
2. Student ID number: this is a nine digit number and is given in your acceptance letter
3. Password: type in the password of your choice. Have you read the notes on how to choose a good password?
4. Password again: re-type your password in the fourth box
