Thesis topic
‘A Study in the Theology of E.Nesbit (1858-1924)’, under the supervision of Trevor Hart and Gavin Hopps.
Anna’s research interests focus on Theology and Literature, and particularly the incorporation of morality and ideology in literature. Her thesis research focuses on the work and life of E.Nesbit, further developing her ideas on theology (and religion) and literature, exploring Nesbit’s ideas about the role of literature in moral formation, and examining her legacy in contemporary British society.
Other information
Anna enjoys exploring the world and the people she meets along the way. An Australian by birth and inclination, her other interests revolve around sport, photography, and the fruits of the earth. Anna can also be found at Goannatree where she writes about the research process and Transpositions where she seeks, alongside a number of other ITIA students, to explore intersections between theology, imagination, and the arts.
