Semester Two Re-advising Information for Honours Students
Changes to a student's semester two modular enrollment at Honours level can be made in person during advertised re-advising office hours or over email to the appropriate Honours adviser on or after 30 January 2012. No changes can be processed until this time, and emails sent before 30 January requesting changes will not be processed. Students using email to request a change on or after 30 January must include:- Their full name;
- Matriculation number; and,
- Clear instructions on which modules they would like to be advised out of and which modules (in ranked order) they would like to be advised into.
Students should be aware that any changes depend upon space being available in the relevant module.
Honours advisers will also be holding special re-advising office hours early in Week 1.
New visiting students (i.e., new semester abroad students) must attend the required advising session in the library. Information about this session will be emailed to you and can be obtained from the Pro-Dean (Advising). Returning visiting students (i.e., junior year abroad students) wishing to make changes to their modular enrollment should follow the instructions above.
