About

Tina Zintl is PhD candidate at St Andrews University's School of International Relations, where she also works as research assistant at the Centre for Syrian Studies. She holds a master's degree in political science, economics and geography from University of Erlangen-Nuremberg/Germany. Her research interests focus on economic and political transformation and state-society relations in Syria and other Arab countries.
