Diversity staff data is published in the 'Equality Mainstreaming Report'.

HR Self Service: Equality & Diversity Monitoring system

All Staff are sincerely invited to complete their Diversity Monitoring data confidentially using HR Self Service voluntarily by:

  • Signing into the Self Service webpage 
  • Select 'Equal Opportunities'
  • Select 'Check your details'
  • Select 'edit these details' for updating Disability, Ethnicity, Religion or Belief, and Sexual Orientation.
  • Once completed please select 'Submit'.

Other disability/impairment/condition

A disability, impairment, medical condition that is not listed, for example, stammer if it has a substantial adverse effect on the ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities
