3.3 Recruitment Agencies
When recruiting through recruitment agencies, job centres or online agencies, Schools/Units must ensure that their instructions do not result in the third party discriminating against applicants, for example by suggesting that certain equality profile of groups are preferred to others.
Any agencies involved in recruitment should be made aware of the University's , as well as other relevant HR and School/Unit policies. They should also be given copies of the Job Descriptions and Person Spec for posts they are helping the employer to fill.
