Our team aims to provide excellent support for the personal and professional development of all University staff. We offer advice, education, consultancy and financial support for members of staff interested in individual growth or team development. In partnership with University colleagues and external suppliers, we help organise professional development activities. These complement the work of CAPOD which has a remit to improve and enhance all aspects of learning and teaching.
