Year Abroad students
Research students enrolled for a degree at another institution (usually outside the United Kingdom) may spend a semester or year of study under supervision of the School of History in St Andrews. This is not part of a formal degree programme in St Andrews, but such students have the same access to supervision, classes, seminars, libraries and computers as other St Andrews research students.
