Health & Safety

First-aid boxes are located in room 0.08 (St Katharine's Lodge), the School Office (basement of St Katharine's Lodge) and the Mediaeval History office (71, South Street).

Notices are posted throughout the School indicating who the current First Aiders are and how to contact them.

Notices are also displayed detailing your exit routes and assembly points in the event of fire. All students should familiarise themselves with this information.

The School Safety Officer is Dr David Allan (Rm 1.12, St Katharine’s Lodge, tel. 462885, email: da2). Any hazards or safety-related incidents should be reported to the School Safety Officer or the School Office immediately.

Students are reminded that the misuse of any Safety, Fire or First Aid equipment will result in disciplinary action being taken against them.
