Graduating in absentia

Students who decide to graduate in absentia will have their degree certificates and HEAR documents sent to them by post to the address they have submitted in their online graduation application.

For students who will ask for their friends to collect their degree certificates and HEAR documents on their behalf, these will be available for collection from the ASC, 79 North Street, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 9AJ (times of collection will be notified later).

Please note: it will not be possible to receive your degree certificate or HEAR documents until after the graduation week has ended.

Those collecting degree certificates and HEAR documents from the ASC must ensure that they bring identification with them.
