Graduation Receptions June 2013

The University hosts Graduation Garden Party on each day of the graduation week.

This is an opportunity for graduate, their parents and their families to enjoy an afternoon with their friends a d fellow graduates and to meet members of staff from their academic departments.

The Garden Parties are held either on the Lower College Hall lawn in St Salvator’s Quad or in the walled garden at Castlecliffe ont he Scores.   With the marquees in this traditional setting, we serve sparkling white wine, a selection of sandwiches and cakes.  Graduation Garden Parties are part of the St Andrews tradition and we hope you will join us for a memorable afternoon.

There are four garden parties for graduands, one on each graduation day

Tuesday 25 June 15.30 to 17.00 (St Salvator's Quad)

Wednesday 26 June 15.30 to 17.00 (St Salvator's Quad)

Thursday 27 June 15.30 to 17.00 (St Salvator's Quad)

Friday 28 June 15.30 t0 17.00 (Castlecliffe)

The University has been very fortunate to secure generous financial support towards making your graduation reception an event to remember.  As a result, we will be able to provide graduating students with a garden party  ticket for themselves and two guests FREE OF CHARGE.

If you would like further reception tickets, you may purchase them from the Online Shop at a cost of £12.00 each.  You may order a maximum of SIX paid reception tickets.
