UCU day of action against casualisation in higher education.
| Description | The University and College Union has long been campaigning against the use of fixed term and casual contracts in the higher education sector. There will be national day of action on Wednesday 6 March to highlight the issue of casualisation in HE and we will be holding a number of events locally. Deborah Shepherd, a UCU official from the regional office, will give a talk at 1pm and there will also be drop-in clinics and workshops in the afternoon (2 - 4 pm) |
