Submit an event

All staff, members of the Students' Association and convenors of student societies are welcome to submit events. Please note that events are moderated and so may not appear immediately on the live site.

To help plan the timing and location of your event please check the existing calendar to ensure as far as possible that it's unlikely to clash with, or cause difficulty for, other activities already listed.

Please note:

  • It is the responsibility of the person submitting the event to ensure the details are correct.
  • It will take up to a day for your submitted event to appear on the live website.
